"We", "us" and "our" refer to Lacroix Consulting L.L.C-FZ. "You" refers to any visitor or user of the Website and of the communication channels we operate.

2. Acceptance
By accessing the Website, submitting a form, downloading our materials or contacting us through any of our channels, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
The Website is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry.
3. What we do
EU Unlockr is a private immigration and relocation consultancy. We assist individuals in preparing applications for French long-stay visas and residence permits, student and university applications, and related administrative and relocation services.

We are not a government body and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the French Republic, any French consulate or prefecture, the European Union, or any visa application centre.
Decisions on visas and residence permits are taken exclusively by the competent authorities. We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, nor any particular processing time. Any acceptance rates or indicative timelines shown on the Website are historical and indicative only.
Information published on the Website is general in nature, may become out of date, and does not take account of your personal circumstances.
Prices displayed on the Website are indicative. The terms of any engagement, including fees, scope and payment conditions, are set out in a separate written service agreement between you and us. Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer.
4. Contacting us and messaging channels
You may contact us by email, telephone, contact form, WhatsApp or Telegram.
Opt-in. By sending us a message on WhatsApp or Telegram, by giving us your number in a form, or by clicking a "chat with us" link, you agree that we may reply to you on that channel and send you messages relating to your enquiry or your file.
Opt-out. You can stop receiving messages from us at any time. Reply STOP in the conversation, or write to info@eu-unlockr.com. We will stop sending you non-essential messages promptly.
Third-party platforms. WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms and Telegram by Telegram FZ-LLC. When you communicate with us there, their own terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours. We do not control their availability or security.
Content of messages. Do not send us content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or infringing. We may end a conversation and block a contact that does so.

5. Acceptable use of the Website
You agree not to:
use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the English version prevails.
